计划锁只访问你 Mac 上的系统日历数据，包括：事件标题、开始时间、结束时间。

PlanLock only accesses your Mac's system calendar data, specifically: event titles, start times, and end times.
This data is read locally only — it never leaves your device or gets uploaded anywhere. We collect no other information: no location, contacts, files, or personal identifiers.
You can view and revoke PlanLock's calendar access anytime in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars.

计划锁有两种方式管理任务：
标注 TOP 3 任务：在任务列表中，点击任务旁边的星标图标，即可将其标记为今日重要任务（最多 3 个）。
There are two ways to manage tasks in PlanLock:
To mark a task as Top 3: tap the star icon next to any task in the list. You can mark up to 3 tasks per day.
计划锁以系统日历为数据源，直接在本地读取你已有的日历事件，无需额外同步或迁移数据。
你在计划锁中创建的任务，会以日历事件的形式保存到 macOS 系统日历中，你的 iPhone 或 iPad（如果开启了 iCloud 日历同步）也可以同步看到这些任务。
计划锁不会替代系统日历，而是在解锁时将日历内容以聚焦的方式呈现给你。两个应用可以同时使用。
PlanLock uses the system calendar as its data source. It reads your existing calendar events locally — no extra sync or data migration needed.
Tasks you create in PlanLock are saved as calendar events to your macOS system calendar. If you have iCloud Calendar enabled, they'll also appear on your iPhone or iPad.
PlanLock doesn't replace Calendar — it surfaces your calendar content in a focused way at unlock time. Both apps work independently and simultaneously.
卸载步骤：
访达（Finder） → 「应用程序」文件夹。卸载后，你在日历中创建的任务不会被删除，仍保留在系统日历中，由你自行管理。
To uninstall:
Finder → Applications folder.Tasks you created via PlanLock remain in your system calendar — they are not deleted when you uninstall the app.
计划锁需要 macOS 13 Ventura 或更高版本。
支持列表：
支持 Apple Silicon（M 系列芯片）和 Intel Mac。不支持 macOS 12 Monterey 及更早版本。
PlanLock requires macOS 13 Ventura or later.
Supported versions:
Compatible with Apple Silicon (M-series) and Intel Macs. macOS 12 Monterey and earlier are not supported.
